This is for Lita.
Rooted in heritage. Made for how we live now.
Inspired by my abuelita, Cura Lita is more than a drink. It is a return to what has always nourished us.
Rooted in Mexican tradition and reimagined for today, Cura Lita brings together plant-based ingredients and flavors that feel like home. Clean, vibrant, and crafted for how we live now. Clean, vibrant, and crafted to support a modern lifestyle.
We created Cura Lita to honor where we come from while shaping what comes next. An agua fresca that carries culture, care, and community in every sip.

Lola Joann Vasquez Cisneros, “Lita,” grew up traveling by boxcar between Mexico and the southern U.S., as her family followed the railroads from Puruándiro, Michoacán. Her father worked for the T.M.P. Railroad for over 25 years, while her mother cooked from a boxcar kitchen, feeding the crews along the way.

From those early years, Lita learned resilience and the importance of family. She raised four kids, passing down what she learned from her mom, Delores. Her kitchen became a place of warmth, laughter, and tradition.

Lita’s recipes, rooted in heritage, reflect a life full of care and tradition. Today, as we share the flavors she brings to the table, we’re reminded of that feeling so many of us grew up with. The warmth of an abuelita’s kitchen. The comfort of home.
